Recently, some male friends of mine have asked me this question many times: "Why do beautiful girls like to choose ugly boys as their boyfriends?" I don't know how to answer them. If you were me, how would you answer this question?

Men need visual stimulation so always see a pretty face or figure first (and probably live to regret it). Women look for other things; sensitivity, humour, caring attitude etc., .... and probably success potential, but good looks are not necessarily a priority. Quite often good looks are closely linked with vanity and selfishness.

Lion, I am not in tension, hehe. I think that my friends are in tension. They haven't found their Snow White so they raised this question.

Zoey, you could tell your male friends that in choosing or getting a boyfriend, girls have different preferences, not just looks. As some have pointed out, it could be that the guy is rich. For some, it could be that the guy is a very good man. Or it could be that the guy has a high status in society. Have you heard about guys who walk their dogs to impress women? Yea, it could be their dogs, hahahaha!!!
