Xiaoxiao, Young Zhou Water Snail is a famous snack. You can't suck the meat out because you haven't found the knack. If you suck the snails too fiercely, you will be choked by the meat. If you suck them too gently, you won't suck the meat out. I read a travel review of a guy. He says that " While eating Yong Zhou Water Snail, you just imagine that you are kissing your girlfriend. If you have learned how to eat Yong Zhou Water Snail, you will have learned how to kiss your girlfriend." Quite interesting, isn't it?

If you still can't suck the meat out, just try what Dave suggested.
