| I love Chinese sausages, usually steam them in rice or on their own. My friends gave me an idea to cook them with garlic, chillies and some spring onion. I was wondering how do you usually cook them? any recipe ideas for me? |

| My favorite dish is La meat made in Hu Nan Provice- La chick, La duck, La goose, La sausage which tastes much much better than Ilitalin sausage, La hare meat, La pork. |

| ZOEY, you are not Chinese, are you? what you posted are fresh Italian fresh sausages not Chinese La meat which is expensive and tasty. DAVE seems to have been hanging round south west china for some time. |
