Most Chinese I know have a tolerance for e-coli and other bacteria commonly found in meat and fish. Most Americans are not used to it and can get sick very easily. I regularly get sick in China, whereas my Chinese friends do not, even if we eat the same thing.

I'm just telling him to be cautious.

I can understand that.Just like many Chinese are allergic to milk.

if u really like street kicten or snacks, add more garlic.
