Ronaldo signs with Corinthians after finishing his recovery from his third knee injury. In last few months, there are many rumours about his transfer. A rumour says that he will attend Manchester City. However, the result wasn't like what we said. He finally chooses a Brazilian soccer team. Maybe, he is going to end his career in Brazil. According to the news, Ronaldo just signs a one year contract with Corinthians soccer team.

Some of his fans seem to be unhappy about him. When he got injured, he finished his recovery programme at his former team of Flamengo. Some fans thought that Ronaldo would come back to Flamengo. But Ronaldo chooses another team.

I think Sir Alex really did not even want Ronaldo, he already have one.

Perhaps Ronaldo is slowly retirening. He is a great player, perhaps soon he will be that physically too.

Wrong team Carlos, it was Manchester City not United so Sir Alex might have even enjoyed the rotund one turning out for City.

Yes, Alan, so it was. My mistake.

Becoming old is not nice.

Heh, yes.
I did learn to read 5 yo. What really concerns me is that looks like that skill is slowly fading away.

Perhaps new glasses will help...

Carlos, Ronaldo is already 32 years old. Maybe, he will retire soon. But some people guess that Ronaldo just wants to play for Corinthians to recover. Once he gets over, he will come back to Europe. Do you think it is possible? I don't think those strong clubs in Europe will consider to have Ronaldo because he is not who he was before.

Ronaldo is a gifted footballer. But life seems unfair to him. He gets hurt many times. His injury almost ends his career. You see, he spends more than six months to recover after he got injured this year.

I don´t think Ronaldo will play in any of European great teams. He may have got enough fame and money from football. Perhaps he wants to enjoy playing as long as it is possible without very much physical training. Although Brazilians are very skilled players, the level of teams is not very high there, so perhaps he can be a star there with less work. If so, I don´t blame him.
