KATRINA Points: Join Date: Nov 29, 2004 Status: offline	Bad news! It is confirmed that Sharapova will not play in Paris and Dubai since she hasn't recovered fully from her shoulder injury. According to the latest WTA rankings, Sharapova has fallen to the 17th, 6000 points behind World No.1 Serena Williams. Because of her shoulder injury, Sharapova has rested for more than half a year. She has missed three very important events: Beijing Olympics, 2008 American Open and 2009 Australian Open. Although she is absent from the tennis court, she seems to very busy with entertainment activities. She appears very often on the fahsion magazines' covers. Attending in various kinds of business shows, shooting sexy photos seems to become her new career. Honestly, she has become a little fat after more than half a year's rest. It is still a question if she could play tennis as well as before when she will come back. Her roaring is gradually getting away from us.

BBQQ Points: Join Date: Feb 7, 2007 Status: Offline	Before the Australian Open kicked off, Maria said that she would play and defend her champion title. Finally, she retreated. This time, she directly announces that she will be absent from Paris and Dubai. What she has done makes me doubt if she wants to play tennis. The next breaking news might be "Sharapova says she won't play at Wimbledon."
