GUEST5278 NIDAYAQOOB1230,

I am afraid that you are on the black list. It will become a diplomatic issue if you were dead in 2008. It's serious.

I am not sure if you can enter China again.

Do you hold F visa? If so, you may go to the police station and ask if you can extend your visa.

GUESTPIERRO Hi,

Thanks for sharing your story..

I am in the same situation than you, i overstayed in China forone month but at PSB they gave me a visa for 15 days and told me to apply outside again without problem as they fixed the overstay.

But in HK they refuse me the visa i don't know why.

Can you tell me if when you get back itlay you got your application accepted.

Thanks in advance for your reply

GUESTGUESTINMS I am applying for Chinese tourist visa for 1st time. I have a criminal record from 10 years ago and am wondering if this will turn into an issue when applying. I will be applying through an visa agency.

It depends what crime you have committed. If petty one(s), just apply and do not mention of your criminal record.

Yes, if it is not serious, do not mention it when you apply for China visa, no one will check it out. Applying through an agency is also helpful. Good luck!
