When I visited Shenzhen in 2005, I was introduced to changfen by Candy Chang. The making of changfen, which later I found out after my visit to Xinhui was like laksum as in my hometown, only difference, laksum is rolled, like kuayteow or choysum.

Is changfen only available in Guangdong?
