Gua Sha is an efficient Chinese Meds to let out the inner heat- a toxic gas that is stuck in body and is the reason that causes lot of diseases or sub-health status. A joke is a child with fever was treated in this traditional way in his Chinese family and a western neigbor called the social workers and police because he misunderstand the red-and-blue on the boy's back as family abuse.
