Looking for a Cooking class: Chinese Cuisine

Hi this is mei I am a food lover, and I really want to learn how to cook chinese dishes. And want to know the basic ingredients, process and the preparation even the proper utensils. If you know anyone, or a school please let me know. Thank you

Maybe you tell everyone where you are, then we may be able to point you in the right direction.
I learnt from books, tv and a friend would owned a restaurant let me help out sometimes

There are a few books that you can start with, undertanding and get to know the names and types of ingredients. For example from soya bean, there are a few products, such as tauhu, fuchuk and tauchu (preserved). From books and recipes, you can try out yourself some simple Chinese food. Some books provide glossary with pictures, and even you can search via internet. Sometimes I like preparing fish with tauchu sauce.
