Ma Qichang, a 32-year-old man in Dengzhou of Henan Province, China, is suffering from uremia. His elder bother's kidney is compatible with his, but the prison administration refused the bother to donate his kidney to cure Ma Qichang. At persent, the prison administration has reported the case to Department of Justice who are discussing it. Should the prison open the door for the prisoner to donate his kidney?

The inmates should have the access to medicine and even surgery if needed. I think the prison administration should allow, not only the donation, but the best medical attention.
