Afterwards, I called BofA costumer service to confirm about this program. They said that they do have this program but not every branch is participating in it and they have no idea which branch is participating. | GUESTINFO | Customer service number will not know about this program. It is currently in pilot, only available through 3 counties in California. If your account was not opened in San Matteo, San Francisco, or Alameda County, then you cannot use this service right now. You will need to go into one of the branches in these counties and fill out a repetitive telephone wire form. They should know what form to give you if you tell them that. |
