GUEST22251	hi Can you also give me the the number to call in order to waive the processing fee? I called several people, and it seems that none of them are aware of this program. I am in virginia, and I actually had money transfered to my account from CCB before. One staff from the local banking center told me that she had never heard of the program and she had worked for 5 years in this bank! I was so frustrated coz I really had fund tranfered without the transferring fee!! Now I want to transfer fund to CCB account, and I really appreciate your help!

He said the agreement is that if you are a customer of B of A, when you use ATM at china construction bank, they waive the fee.
