can anybody let me know if it is easy to get english food in hong kong and thailand.

what are the best trips to do on holiday in these places

Your request is quite ambiguous, to buy from the suoermarket or restaurants? For restaurants you can go to Kowloon, or even to Charter House in Wan Chai. Many foreigners like Sukhumvit area in Bangkok where they have a lot of foreign cuisines as well as local . For HK, not much to say because most people like Victoria Peak and Disneyland. In Bangkok, a lot to see, such as the famous Damnoen Saduak floating market and Chatuchak (seekend markets), and pottery village of Koh Kred in Nonthaburi.

should be weekend markets, not seekend markets
