How long will it take to arrive in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (zip code - MP 96950)? Why does it take so LONG to receive it? It's Express Mail, but it takes same as a regular mail. I check my mails in the local post office everyday. The post office staff in China and the post office workers in Saipan told me it usually takes 5-7 working days. Is it air mail??
