I find resemblence in monkey king and hanuman but hanuman is many times powefull than the monkey king and he do not childish monkey thing he is the most inteligent of all gods, Want to know more about hanuman, then watch "RAMAYANA".

GUESTASHISH	Monkey king concept is just to missguide the world, from worshipping the lord Hanuman. It is based on the novel. While Hanuman is lord in India with thousands of proof and respect with belief and trust, which is base of the Indian culture. In ancient Indian and world literature there are 7 immorals, Lord Hanuman is one of them. Hindu is not a religion but way of life of a humankind.

After the big battle of rama sita and ravana he moved to himalayas to write the whole story which he actually did and he distroyed it because it should be written by a human not by God so he distorted his own copy of the tale which is now known as Ramayan .as India n China both share himalayas so it is a posibilty that sun woken is another name for hanuman ji in China as they fly in the same manner n yes he is immortal
