Then you can take subway, airport shuttle bus to reach the Pudong Airport on time.

the most convenient way is to take a shuttle coach from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Wuxi city directly. see the information below.

Pudong Airport — Wuxi (Wuxi Bus Station)
Departure time from Pudong Airport: 10:10, 11:20, 12:20, 13:20, 14:20, 15:20, 16:20, 17:20, 18:20, 19:50
Departure time from Wuxi: 07:00 07:45 09:15 10:00 11:00 12:00 13:00 14:00
Ticket fare: CNY100
Time duration: about 2 hours
Notes: Buses from Wuxi to Pudong Airport will get to Hongqiao Airport first.
