Shenzhen - Guangzhou return - best option ?

guest95238 Is train or bus more convenient for going from Shenzhen(Theme park attractions location) to Guangzhou ?
Is the Shenzhen train station and bus station in the same area ? Roughly how much it cost ?
How long will the journey takes and is advance booking necessary for sunday late afternoon or night ?
Usually how frequent and what time is the last at night ?

A lot of information can be retrieved from the internet, and even in TCG city guides. Train station and bus terminal in Luohu not far apart. Train ticket is from RMB75 while bus is from RMB60 (it depends on your location here you borad the bus). The D train to Guanhzhou takes about 1 hr to the East Station, the bus between 1.5 hrs to 3 hrs depends on which bus stop is your destination in GZ as well as traffic condition. For me if I travel alone, train is the most convenient way.

There're a number of long-distance bus stations in Shenzhen. I would prefer to go by train, nice and fast. The last D train for Guangzhou -- Shenzhen leaves from Guangzhou East train station at 2250.
