Deep fried starfish

Whilst I was in Beijing's famous food stall market I came across fried beetles, scorpions and starfish, being a little squeamish I didn't tried any of them and wish I had now. What do they actually taste like, as for the starfish most of them ended up in the bin.

I didn't even know starfish was edible.

They taste a little like Crocodile, but more like Emu.

I often eat starfish. I think they taste like dolphin, but more crunchy.

a clam is better,, at my size, i can just walk right up to it.
