Hallo,
we are looking for a home stay for our son in Shanghai. As a German student he will have an internship this year (July - October) in Shanghai.
He just started his Chinese intensive language course so he will be able to speak and understand a bit of your language. In addition to that he is speaking English and French as well. As a former Diplomat I am (the father)working right now in Brussels.
Your answer will be highly appreciated

I would recommend you look up some info on limitations and tips for foreigners to live with Chinese family in China.
Regulations, rules, contract, etiquette are things you got to know beforehand.
Dont worry though, as most Chinese are friendly and very tolerant to foreigners.

Upon arrival, you may have to declare to the local public security offices if you intend to live with a Chinese family or a foreign family in China.
Better find out all those regulations in advance for safy's sake.
