There is no airport shuttle bus at the moment you arrived. If you meet a Shenzhen taxi that waits for carrying passengers back to Shenzhen, you might spend around CNY 400. If you hire a Guangzhou taxi to Shenzhen, you will pay at least CNY 600.

The cost is too high. By meter, it costs around CNY330. However, I think that no driver is willing to use the meter. And they charge a round-trip because they can't take a passenger back to Shenzhen. So I think it costs CNY 500 to 600.

My suggestion is that you find a hotel in Shenzhen and stay there for a night. Then you catch a taxi or subway to Shenzhen North Railway Station. There you can take high speed train to Guangzhou South Railway Station directly. It takes around 36 minues and costs CNY 74.5.
