It takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. You may use East Rail to Lowu and pass the border to reach Luohu.

You can call 96511 when you arrive to reserve a taxi. But I am afraid that they won't use the meter if you want to go from Shenzhen airport to Guangzhou Airport. If you are not in a hurry, you can take airport shutle bus or Luobao Line (subway) to Shenzhen Railway Station, take bullet train to Guangzhou East Railway Station. Then use airport shuttle bus or subway line 3 to Baiyun Airport.
