Hong Kong victims returned to Hong Kong yesterday, and Philippine police have defended their actions, they pointed out that officers lacking proper equipment and risked their lives in trying to bring the standoff to an end. But they promised to review all events leading to the deaths. Four policemen have already been dismissed. I hope they can gave us a proper explaination.

Today, around 50000 Hong Kong people took part in the demonstration, requiring Philippines to tell the truth. And the Philippines police corrected that they were not so sure that all victims were killed by the gunman. On August 27, they denied the rumor that the police killed some hostages by mistake. They claimed that all 8 victims were killed by the gunman.

Jimmyb, the police changed their words again. Now they firmly believe that all 8 victims were killed by the killer. Why did they change their words frequently?

I saw a piece of news. The gunman was lying in a coffin with the national flag of the Philippines covered on his body. Why did he enjoy this special treatment? According to my understanding, only heros or those who made great contributions to his country enjoy this privilege. Is he such a person? No. He is a murder.

Later, the national flag was removed but he still wore the police uniform. Before the hijacking, he was suspended. He was not a police anymore. He had no right to wear the uniform after he was dead. This is great humiliation to the Philippines police.

The police who joined the operation said that their equipment was very old. The weapons were used during the war in Vietnam and bullet-resistant vests had expired their life span. One police said that it had been six years since he took formal shooting training. How can these guys save the hostages?

It's suspicious that filipinos CHOOSE Hongkongnese as target. Unofficial view among ordinary Chinese of this tragedy is that it's from hatred because pilipinos have a long history of playing 'servants' role as career in Hongkong. In addition, the South China sea crisis is another major cause. Personally I would choose staying away from them coz they are really full of wild blood inheritated from Latinos.
