I want to go to Luohu port from Hongkong international ar port.
Can any body, suggest me the quick, safest and not so expensive way.

Maybe you can reconsider to go to Terminal 2 HKIA and take Limousine to Huanggang (HKD150) and from Huanggang to Luohu either by Metro or taxi to Luohu. That's what I did sometimes. You can take airport express to HK Island (HKD100) and from there buy a ticket to Lowu, through my experience it involves three trains, i) airport, ii) HK Island to any East rail stop (this you can find in the MTR Metro map), iii) to Luohu. Make sure you take the train to Lowu instead of Lok Ma Chau.
