Peking Opera and Acupuncture included in the UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage List!

Really good news. According to Xinhua News, China’s Peking Opera and Acupuncture have been inscribed on the Intangible Cultural Heritage List during the ongoing 5th session of the Inter-governmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage meeting in Nairobi.

About 450 delegates from 130 countries in the world participate in this session and 47 nominations from 29 nations will be included on the Intangible Cultural Heritage List. So far, the list has already include 166 elements from 77 countries.
