Guest 16599, you needn't reset the password by yourself. We have already reset it. You just need to log in with that password.

When I log in with that password I get a message;

PS: do not forget to change it after you log in.

I can not change the password: I tried it several times
but i always get the message: Sorry the format of new password is not correct.

You are welcome, Guest16599. Please notice that your password should be between 6 and 16 characters and only contain letters (a-Z) and numbers(0-9) or a combination of both. Please try again.
