The US president Obama gave a state dinner on Jan. 19 to welcome Chinese president Hu Jintao’s visit in the US. The US media made the dinner menu public in advance.

Chinese media comments that it is typical “American Standard”. Is it true?

GUEST6352 A formal dinner doesn't mean it has to be luxurious. A Chinese State Dinner just has four or three dishes and a soup.
