Will she be able to defeat Kim Clijsters in the final round and make tennis history for China?

What are your thoughts?

Canadaguy, you have been away from here for very long. I miss you, hehe.

Li Na has already made a record-entering the final. Of course, we all expect that she will claim the champion.

Li Na failed to win the champion. It's a pity. But she sitll has the chance. Winning the second place at the Australian Open has has benefited her a lot. Some sponsors have contacted her and invited her to te their spokeswoman incuding Rolex. It is said that she has earned around 20 million in January. And her ranking climbs up to World No.7.

Hi Kevin,

It's good to hear from you again! Yes I haven't been very active here for a while. Times change, and we start doing other things.

You are correct. Li Na already made history simply by being in the A.O. finals.
It's too bad she couldn't manage to defeat Kim. She started off nicely by taking the first set though and it was a close match, so she should be very proud.

And as you say, she has made a large sum of money simply by making it to the finals and picking up her new endorsements.

Good luck to Li Na!

I have been away from here for long too. Just come back occasionally. Happy to see you here. Actually, I missed the Australian Open this year. Just read some news when I was free. I was busy with other things at that moment.

Did you watch the Australian Open?

Yes I watched it. It was lots of fun.

And now, guess what?
Four months later and Li Na has an opportunity once again to win a slam!

She will have a very tough match against Sharapova.
If she can somehow manage to get by her, I think she can with the French Open.

But her odds of beating Maria are not too good.

Yes, Sharapova is a tough rival. Both want to win the French Slam. They two will give us an interesting match tonight (Beijing Time). I will watch it and see if Li Na can beat Sharapova.

Canadaguy,

Now we all know that Li Na won the French Open. Talking about the game against Sharapova, I was really surprised by her. Never thought that she would win easily.

It's a pity that she left the Wimbledon so early. Now we only have Peng Shuai at the Wimbledon. Tonight, she is going to fight Sharapova. Good luck to her.
