Saute diced chicken with peanuts, sweet and sour fillet of pork, Beijing Roast Duck, Chinese dumplings.... Many foreign friends must have heard of these food delicacies and have eaten them.

These dishes are known to many people outside of China. Or we can regard them as the representative food delicacies in China. However, many Chinese people do not know the representative food delicacies in foreign countries. I am one of those guys. I even didn't have any western food before I graduated from the college. I also remembered that I couldn't use the fork and the knife when I ate in the western food restaurant. I took them in a wrong way.

Maybe you guys can recommend some representative food delicacies in your country to help CHinese people know them, cook them. It will be much better if you can offer some recipes.

Sushi is the representative food in Japan, right? I've had some before but I really can not bear mustard. Kimchi in South Korea is tasty. My best friend like it very much.

Of course you can find Kimchi in South Korea. I have noticed that many supermarkets in China sell Kimchi too. I am not sure if they are authentic.
