A pair of Chinese stars got married recently and the bride announced that she was eating for two for 5 months. You know, in ancient China, this will be a big scandal and the new couple and their parents will be looked down upon. Although it has been much more open nowadays and many people have accepted it, still people are gossiping about it, especially in the undeveloped countries. So, how is the thing going in your country. Is the shotgun marriage widely accppeted or just accepted?

Tradition in the UK now seems to be to get married when the kids are big enough to be bridemaids/pageboys

I agree with GUESTDAVE. If the bride and groom get married for love and then the kid, I think it will be OK. But if they have to get married because of the baby. It will be unfortunate thing for the baby too.

Sunnyday, do not be surprised. At least, they have the courage to let people know it. Some entertainment stars have children for years but they are still unmarried. If you are not ready to have a child, please do not let him/her come to the earth unexpectedly.
