Hi Jabaroo,

sorry for my late reply (one month....gee, I was sleeping;-)
Yeah, this accident is such a tragedy...especially because on those roads on countryside there normally exists no traffic - but some people use that for speeding, I guess that is what happened. Especially on weekends, people love to play Schumacher on the countryside....poor people!

About Chongqing - it is one of my favourites! I love that place, so I inhale it completely (and I dont mean the smog;-)

Xinhua writes:

Czech Mares Martin captured the trophy of the fourth Tour of Qinghai Lake cycling race after the last stage on Sunday.

Sullivan Sean of Australia, Barloworld-Valsir-Gbr rider, won the 151km final stage around Xining, capital city of Qinghai Province with a time of 3 hours 48 minutes and 42 seconds, with UCI (Union Cyclist Internationale) president Hein Verbruggen firing the start.

Martin, rider of ED'System ZVVZ, completed the nine stages in 30 hours 2 minutes and 51 seconds, followed by Kazakhstan Baigudinov Kairat, who was 1 minute 38 seconds behind and also clinched blue jersey, the Asian best rider award.

Agnoli Valerio of Italy came in third, 4 minutes 19 seconds behind the winner.

Kairat's teammate Bazayev Assan kept the green jersey for sevenout of the nine-stage race to crown the sprint king. Mountain specialist Mizbani Ghader of Iran, Giant Asia rider, claimed the red jersey as climb master.

Swiss Naturino-Sapore Di Mare stood first in team ranking with total 90 hours 14 minutes 41 seconds, 3 minutes 43 seconds ahead of second-placed Kazakhstan National team and 21 minutes 34 seconds before Giant Aisa.

Lead Team Naturino-Sapore Di Mare will probably enroll the racewinner Martin, according to team source.

All the jersey takers expressed their satisfaction over the organization and the enthusiasm of Qinghai people on the awarding ceremony.
