hey, local flights arriving in Beijing and international flights leaving beijing are in the same terminal or different, if different how far are they? n how much time before a passenger should arrive at the airport for international flight from beijing?

Which airline will you travel with? We need to know the airline compinies to figure its departure terminal, FYI: airline compinies in T2, http://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/beijing/capital-airport1.htm#airline

You could travel by free shuttle bus between T2 and T3. The international check-in will stop 45 minutes before the flight departure and the domestic flight may delay. So I think you should leave longer time between the two flights, maybe 4 hours.
