Yeah, I think so too. People take classes to learn it and it is a required course
in School of Chinese Cookery.

Thank you for taking special picture. I think every housewife has these set of the tools for food carving. Nice! So watermelon will be very happy that these all tools used on it.

Actually it is not the situation. These tools are used by professional cooks.
Carving food takes time and housewives prefer something delicious than beautiful.
