In Pakistan mostly women prefer as a housewife, and custom is also this, men are painstaking for out side work and women are in side the home. I think women of china don’t like as a housewife.

Traditionally, Chinese women stay at home too. But the tradition changes as time passing by. Besides, most common families need two salaries in current China.

Life is too fast and going away to expensive so families need salaries in current world not only in china.

Of course we don't eat them. In my hometown, they are made when people die. The relatives of the dead make dough sculptures and bring them to the dead's family. The dough sculpures are offered as sacrifice to the dead.

My hometown did have the culture when I was a little child. But now it was replaced by the western-style cakes.

One of our part countryside people bring tea and food for people who has dead body and we offer prayer (Nema-ze-Janaza) for dead body, people get to gather for last ritual.
