Hehe, it is too subjective. You can't even feel "Chinese atmosphere" at some Chinese restaurants in China.

What about the food and taste? Are they opened by Chinese people or local guys?

I felt "Chinese atmosphere" in China but its mean that in our country they can't provide "Chinese atmosphere". So taste doesn’t so same. Pakistani Chinese restaurants provide food as need of the local people. So taste is defiantly dissimilar.

Haha, I fully understand what you said, Atta. My friend who came back China from the US had the same experience. You know, he is from Sichuan Province. Once he saw a Chinese restaurant offer Ma Po Tofu. So he went in and gave it a shot and then came out disappointedly. Why? He didn't find any red chili oil in the Tofu. The restaurant owner explained that he improved it to cater to the American people's requirement. Many Amercians don't like spicy Chinese seasonings like red chili and Chinese prickly ash.
