 | Have you ever experienced buying clothes online, and then when you already received it, you’re not happy with it… Because it’s far different from what you’ve seen online. Or it’s not the color that you ordered or otherwise, it is faulty. How did you deal with it guys? Does the online clothing store allow you to make a return or exchange? How was it? | Well, the online store usually writes a notice which claims that the color of the clothes may look a bit different from the picture. If you buy clothes, you have to agree to this notice. So you can not get back your money. There is another condition: If the size is inappropriate, you may change it. Most on-line stores on Taobao.com have the above notice. |

| BBQQ, I just had a bad buying experience. The clothes I received was different from the one I saw in the photo. The color is ok but the material is different. I argued with the owner. She just said she already put up a notice “All products as per the material subjects. The pictures are for reference only”. Once I bought the clothes, I accepted her terms. Annoying! I swear I won’t buy anything from that shop. |
