Sweet and sour cabbage

Ingredients: 350 grams cabbage, 10 dried chili and 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Sweet and sour sauce: 5 tablespoons vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon chicken essence, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons chili oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 3 tablespoons water.
Seasoning: 3 tablespoons edible oil.

Step 1 clean and wash cabbage and cut into pieces.
Step 2 cut dried chili into sections and mince the garlic.
Step 3 add 5 tablespoons vinegar, 1/3 tablespoon chicken essence, 1/4 tablespoon salt, 2 tablespoons chili oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 3 tablespoons water into a bowl, mix them very well.
Step 4 heat 3 tablespoons edible oil, fry minced garlic and fried chili.
Step 5 add cabbage pieces into the wok, fry for a minute.
Step 6 pour sweet and sour sauce into the wok and fry together for a while.

I have made this dish many times. My friend love Suan La Bai Cai cooked by me. To make this dish very well, you must control the amount of vinegar and sugar very well.

Anyway, try to make it on your own. Practice makes perfect.

My favorite dish. Cabbage is inexpensive. My mom cooked it very well. Why not add some sugar when you cook sweet and sour cabbage? It tastes much better.

I tried and it was successful. Sugar is necessary.
