A Tragic Head On Collision In Gansu Province
Nov 17, 2011 21:47
guest10172 64 small children were riding in a mini bus fit for 9 persons, the driver going the wrong side of the road, smashed into an oncoming truck. So far, 21 are dead.

How long will China tolerate gross traffic law violations?

Every visit to China I can't understand what I see on the road: pedestrians and drivers don't follow, no, violate, many traffic laws and codes.

Can anyone explain why?

The punishment is too light. Those who violate the laws or fail to implement the laws should be punished heavily. By the way, we fail to learn lessons from the tragedies.
