It should be Luohu, right? Here is a four-star hotel near the Shenzhen Railway Station in Luohu area.

Shangri-La hotel, within a walking distance from the Railway Station. If you walk from the Luohu Port (coming outfrom HK-SZ Immigration) you can see two distinguished buildings, SZ Railway Hotel and SZ Shangri-La Hotel.
