Where are you from? People from certain countries are exempted from visa in HK and Macau. From Shenzhen to Macau, take ferry at Shekou Ferry Terminal. From Macau to HK, take ferry at Maritime Ferry Terminal in Macau.

I am afraid that you can't. Vietnamese need to get their visas ready before entering Macau and HK. Why can't you get back to your own country?

Thanks Single entry is ok. What's your nationality? Some nationals can apply for VOA at the port while other foreigners may have to get their visa ready before entering mainland China.
