Well, my colleagues use the same chair like me. But they are ok. I guess that the key is THAT I didn't take much exercises.

I play hula-hoop 20 minutes every day. It really helps. You can choose the strength and rapidity of movement as you like.

But it really benefits your psoas. I tried to do it on bed. It was too difficult. I prefer to use the following appliance to improve my psoas.
