Ok. I thought they just eat bananas they pick from the banana trees. Wan, I am not sure if you eat dried banana pieces. They can be found at dry goods stores.

In Malaysia, we have dried banana, fritters, chips, etc.

Lonely, from my experience, they only eat banana fresh, and I haven't seen any banana fritters or sun dried banana in China.

you can find it in Supermarket. I think they are just fried banana.

There are more than 10 species of bananas. The one to be eaten raw is not nice (nor suitable) to be fried or grilled, there is also banana that you can't eat raw. "Sour" banana is good for those having skin itchiness due to contact with jellyfish.

Now I understand why grilled bananas I ate tasted bad. They are the kind that can be eaten raw.
