That is a good idea, but how about others around me? they believe that the weight of "good girls" should not be more than 50kg. This is for Chinese only!

Probably they are right, the ideal weight. Anyway, for man, the ideal weight is his height (in cm) - 100, and should not be more than that. If his height is 164 then -100, his weight should be more than 64kg.

Great, is this formula for men only? I think, for girls the ideal weight should be = (height cm-100)x0.9(kg)-2.5(kg)

Dear Enid, sometimes I look for what I need, maybe part of the constraints and limitations that I have, only looking at what an ideal weight a man should have. I will try to find out for others too, and I'll keep this in mind.

But it's not easy to reduce even for 5kg. I only can maintain for one month the most.

Me too, I can not overcome it by lacking enough perseverance. My aim is for 2-3 kg reduction only, but it is really hard.

I lose weight easily if I am hospitalised. Last February, I lost 8kg within 5 days.
