| GUESTLUCY | there is more advanced mgnt system out there to curb the greediness of human nature. check n balance is not perfect as human elements involved but up til now there has not been a better mechanism then that...to be parallel with economic leap . time to learn n adopt advanced independent supervisory n legislature sysytems. ..otherwise the gov funded overseas degrees to those high rank officials r no more then a piece of crap paper or toilet tissue...promiss to people n fairness are symbolic to an advanced society... |
