Recently, the house buying rush appeared again in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Hangzhou and many other cities of China, due to the slight reduction in house price, which is still around USD900 per square meter (1 square meter is about 10.8 square feet).

Yes. I do not know how many of them buy apartments for investment and how many of them are forced to buy because they won't have a wife if they do not buy an apartment.

I will get married before paying for an apartment. I understand how difficult it is. It is ok for me to get married beforehand, because I believe we can afford an apartment and live a better life with our increasing income.
