Is it ok? Can you Please tell me: 1- Can I get a Fully furnished (bed+Television+Fridge_kitchen)1 BHK room in 1500 RMB. 2- I am vegetarian , So I would bring the food stuff from India. 3- how much it cost for weekend travelling to hong kong or Macau. 4- Also What are the mobile carriers and charges, and how much it cost call to India. 5- Also for a single person Weekly dinner at a indian restautrents will cost around 30 RMB( correct)?

You need to know how much tax you have to pay as an expat.
1. If RMB7000 is take home pay, I think it's more than enough. For RMB1500 for a full furnished studio apartment you need to ask around. 3. Train from Guangzhou East to Hung Hom (HK) is about RMB190 one way.
4. You can buy China Mobile sim card from RMB80. I'm not sure how much is the call-charge from Guangzhou to India per minute. You may inquire from the seller.
5. Not sure about weekly dinner, it depends what food you choose and pick, mostly from soya bean products.
