After the 3rd step, you should keep it for a while for shaping, till the egg turns cool. If you want to save time, you may put it into a refrigerator for cooling.

RAINDROP Points: Join Date: Aug 24, 2009 Status: Offline	I watched a video last night. A top chef cooked a fried rice, with egg yolks and Tricholoma magnivelare Pine Mushroom. It made me mouth-watering. I don't like boiled eggs at all. But it is really a good idea to make a breakfast full of love!
