At home, she/he is a wife/husband and a mom/dad. When you get home, forget you are a boss but play your role of a father/husband of mother /wife very well.

That's exactly what I have been seeking for, Wan. Personally, I think that people have to learn to be used to role reversal. At office, she/she is the boss. At home, she/he is a wife/husband and a mom/dad. When you get home, forget you are a boss but play your role of a father/husband of mother /wife very well.
