The ecological greening of road is important, but have you ever seen such a green public bus stop? Yes, this picture was shot in Huainan, Anhui province. Passengers have to stand among the trees when waiting for buses. The stop is muddy in rainy days.

The related departments have their own excuses. Transportation Department claims that the bus stops were set there after the road greening. They have no right to remove them without permission. While Bureau of Parks said that this road was devolved upon Transportation Department, and they can not transplant trees without permission either. This is really not a big deal, but the problem remains unsolved. Being wasteful, this is inconvenient to passengers.

Usually in many places, we see the sign "Keep off the Grass".
It seems like growing shrubs and not beautifying the area with grass. Sometimes city planners have weird ideas.

Wan,

See officials are playing soccer with each other. None of the departments stand out to solve this problem. All they have done is to tell us "It's none of my business". If the three departments sit together and discuss it, this problem will be easily solved.

No need to involve three departments, may be Huainan Municipality suffices, just send a grass cutter. Failing which, the place may be infested with snakes. Probably the department is not aware of the problem, should someone give them a courtesy call?

Wan,

You have to pay the guy who cut the grass. Who will pay him? You? Me?

You mean the municipality doesn't have general workers? Every city council should have. The government should provide the service.

Yeh, it is terrible. I have not thought about this before. The departments are far lack of communication. Perhaps they were not working well with each other for long. Pity!

Sure, the municipality do have general workers with monthly salary who are on duty to do this. They may probably not know which department should make the first move.

Well Raindrop, some officers do have lackadaisical attitude, like a hammer and the chisel. The chisel will work when knocked by the hammer.

Wan,

Raindrop has answered your question instead of me. The chisel is too blunt and it doesn't work well even knocked heavly bu the hammer.

Need a new road map of ISO? If they follow the work procedure manual as spelt out in their desk file, I'm sure each and every employee knows what to do.
