| People have the rights to choose as long as they don't hurt or offend others. Like smoking too, the non-smokers have the rights but then most of the time those smokers only insist for their rights to smoke. Wan |

| Wan, Smoking is different. The smokers can smoke if they don't kill others by spreading "poison gas" in public. They have their rights to smoke but they don't have the right to damage other people's health. |

| Wan, Smoking in public area has been forbidden in some cities in PRC. However, some people still smoke outside. Hui Jiao Tang? Does it mean "Hui Church"? Muslims in PRC are also called Hui People. |
